Robert Downey Jr Hurt on "Sherlock Holmes" Set

The Sun is reporting that the Guy Ritchie-directed "Sherlock Holmes" movie has had a few problems on set, two of which almost caused Robert Downey Jr to be seriously hurt.
While filming of a fight scene, Downey was knocked unconscious by a 7-foot, 330lbs co-star Robert Maillet (better known as wrestler Kurgan from WWE). Downey was "out cold" for six seconds and "drooling blood" before medics could bring him round.
A nurse on set at Chatham dockyard in Kent gave him six stitches in his mouth. A source said: "Robert was accidentally caught on the chin by a thundering hook. He went flying and was out cold. He didn't want to go to the hospital and kept trying to get up. He's a trooper."
The latest drama came as a loaded oil tanker burst into flames during a delivery to the set, forcing it to close for two hours. Both Downey and co-star Jude Law had to flee to avoid being injured.
The source added: "The crew have started joking about the curse of Sherlock Holmes."
